It's a sunny day!

Making some sun tea to go with today's lunch.

Couscous and sun tea - now that's an interesting mix!

  1. Hello, I have a question, what is sun tea? And the couscous, how do you make it? I mean, I know there are many different ways... Can you post a picture? Thank you!!!

  2. Sun Tea is made by putting tea bags (I like flavoured ones) in a jar with water and setting it in the hot sunshine to slowly steep until it is the desired strength. It's got a much milder taste that boiled tea. Serve with ice and sweetener if you like. Add lemon if you want as well.

Couscous... I hate couscous, but I make it about once a month anyway. Lots of recipes online.

  3. The title of this post reminded me of Mr. Roger's Neighbourhood.

It's a beautiful day in this neighborhood, a beautiful day for a neighbor, Would you be mine? Could you be mine?
